Stuffed Ladyfinger 

Ingredients 

Cooking Method  

1.Wash, slit, deseed the ladyfingers and keep aside. 
2.Heat ghee or oil add jeera, saunf, mustard seeds and stir. 
3.Add Chopped onions until translucent and glossy, add coriander, red chilli and turmeric powder. 
4.Add tamarind pulp. 
5.Add chopped coriander, salt and lemon juice and stir occasionally. 
6.Remove and adjust the seasoning. 
7.Fill this masala in the ladyfinger. 
8.Heat Ghee. 
9.Put the masala ladyfinger cover and cook on a slow fire.
