Paneer Tikka 



Cottage Cheese with Green pepper 

Ingredients:

400 GMS cottage cheese, cubed 
1 capsicum cubed 
200 GMS curd 
2 tsp. Salt 
1 tbsp. garam masala powder 
1 bunch coriander leaves finely chopped 
15 g mint leaves finely chopped 
6 flakes (12 g) garlic finely chopped 
Salt according to taste 
For the garnishing:
100 GMS red cabbage, shredded 
1 lime, sliced 


Serve with  lime slices on the bed of red cabbage. 


Cooking Method:

1.Mix the curd, salt, garam masala powder, coriander leaves, mint leaves and garlic together till the mixture almost resembles a paste. 
2.Marinate the cottage cheese cubes and chopped capsicum for two hours in this mixture. 
3.Grill or bake in a hot oven till soft and done.
