Mixed Fruit Halwa 

Ingredients 

Cooking Method 

1.Grind raisins and dates using a little Milk. 
2.Mash bananas. 
3.Grind cashew nuts and chop almonds. 
4.Make a syrup of one thread consistency using sugar and water. 
5.Add bananas and cashew nuts mixed with coconut Milk. Cook for 5 minutes. 
6.Add ground dates and raisins. When thick, add ghee gradually. 
7.Add chopped almonds and saffron soaked in rose water. 
8.When mixture leaves the sides of the pan remove from heat. 
9.Add the honey and pour into a plate and decorate with chopped nuts.
