BADAM HALWA
Ingredients:
1 packet ground almondsCooking method:
1.Take a sauce pan add the ground almond
and water and heat till the moisture evaporates and it starts forming a lump.
2.Add sugar and start stirring on medium heat till 15 minutes until the mixture
starts getting thick.
3.Add the ghee little by little and continue stirring till
the ghee get evaporated and the mixtures starts to get white and bubbly
underneath remove from heat and let it cool.
4. Can be served warm or cold.
