Akara Vadisal  

Ingredients

Rice-1/2 glass.
Milk-2 glass.
Sugar-1 glass.
Water-1/4 glass.
Saffron-few strands.
Cardomom-5 pieces.
Cashewnuts-5 pieces

Cooking Method

1.Roast the rice for 5 minutes and pressure cook it with milk.
2. In a saucepan put the sugar and water. When it gets thickened add the mashed rice to it.
3. Cut the cashewnuts and fry them.
4. Powder the cardomom.
5. Add the fried cashewnuts and cardomom to the above mixture.
6.Heat the saffron strands in 1 tbsp milk and add it too.

Serve hot.
