Small Potato Curry 

Ingredients 

Cooking Method  

1.Boil potatoes. Peel skin and keep aside. 
2.Chop 2 onions very finely. 
3.Grind together garlic, coriander leaves, 1 onion, cloves and cinnamon. 
4.Heat Vanaspathi in a pan and add elaichi. When the raw smell goes add chopped onions. Fry till ghee separates from it. 
5.Now add the ground paste and fry till the ghee separates from it. 
6.Add the cup of curd, salt, sugar and turmeric powder to this. 
7.When the water content is lost add potatoes. Fry till dry. 

Garnish with coriander leaves 

Serve hot with Chapatis.
