Chana Dal Chutney  

Ingredients 

Cooking Method 

1.Fry the dals, red chillies, onion and curry leaves in some oil till light brown. 
2.Add tamarind water and garlic pod and grind to a coarse paste. 
3.Splutter mustard seeds and red chillies and add the ground mixture. 
4.Garnish with coriander leaves.
