Veggie Gold Coins 


Delightful stuffed bread cakes 

Ingredients:

12 Bread slice 
500 GMS boiled potatoes 
250 GMS Green Beans 
100 GMS Carrot 
150 GMS Capsicum 
1/2 cup Coriander leaves finely chopped 
6 Onion finely chopped 
3 tbsp. Oil 
1 tbsp. Chili Sauce 
1 tsp. Soya Sauce 
1 cup Maida(all purpose flour) Paste 
1 tsp. Salt 
Bread Crumbs 


Serve with Serve with green Pudhina chutney or Tomato Ketchup. 


Cooking Method:

1.Cut all breads from the middle in a round shape with the help of a round cutter or sharp edged article.
2.Cut Green beans, capsicum, Carrot length wise and keep it in cold water for two hours. Mash the potatoes. 
3.Heat oil in frying pan and add green beans and carrot and mix well. Leave it on heat for ten minutes. 
4.Add capsicum and cook uncovered for ten minutes. Take it from the heat and when it gets cool add mashed potatoes, Salt, Chili sauce, Soya sauce, green onion and coriander leaves to it.
5.Put stuffing on the bread and press gently, apply maida (all purpose flour, plain flour) paste on the stuffing and roll it in the bread crumbs. 
6.Deep fry in hot oil till golden.
