Seven Cup Cake
Ingredients
1.First fry the flour for few minutes in a dry pan.
2.Keep it aside and allow it to cool.
3.Add ghee, Milk, Sugar and Grinded Coconut in a pan.
4.Wait for few seconds for the ghee to melt.
5.Now add fried gram flour gradually and mix well without forming lumps.
6.Keep the flame in low always.
7.Stir well the mix till the ghee starts coming out or the mix reaching to the
consistency of making burfies.
8.Pour the mix in a greased Flat Plate.
9.After 5 minutes, cut it into pieces of your desired size with the greased
knife and store it in a container.
10.Garnish with grated Cashews and Badams.
