Carrot - Beetroot Cake

Ingredients

Coconut 2 Nos.
Butter 400 gm
Maida 250 gm
Sugar 250 gm
Carrot 400 gm
Beetroot 100 gm
custard powder 2 tbsp
Vanilla essences 3 tbsp
Groundnut powder 100 gm
Baking powder 2 tbsp
Ammonium bi carbonate 2 tbsp

Cooking Method

1.Grate carrot, beetroot & coconut.
2.Beat butter with sugar until it form a foam.
3.With this mixture mix the grated substances & above all ingredients.
4.Pour the mixture in a tray .
5.Boil this to 1 hour in slim flame.
